On behalf of St. Clair College, Skills Ontario, Women’s Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc., Workforce Windsor-Essex, Skills Canada Ontario, Greater Essex County District School Board, Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board, Conseil Scolaire Catholique Providence we invite you to participant in our 4th Annual “Build a Dream” Parent/ Daughter event on Thurs. November 10, 2016.

We will be highlighting opportunities in a number of careers to better assist youth in making career choices. As a community we recognize the critical role parents play in the development and education of their child, which is why we are providing this opportunity for families to come out and learn more about careers in the growing sectors.

The event features:
• A panel discussion of local women in skilled trades or STEM
• Presentations about the opportunities in Windsor-Essex
• Employer career fair
• Female mentors to provide insight to the girls in attendance
• Dinner, scholarships, door prizes, photo booth

When: Thursday, November 10, 2016
Time: 4:30 – 5:30 pm: Registration, Dinner, Skills Ontario Relay Race, Photo booth
5:30 – 6:30 pm: Presentations and Panel Discussion
6:30 – 8:00 pm: Meet employers and mentors working in different careers
Location: St. Clair Centre for the Arts, 201 Riverside Drive W., Windsor.
Cost: Free (light dinner provided)
Parking: Free (Please use the parking garage located at 275 Pitt Street WEST OR the parking garage on Victoria to take advantage of this free parking)
